1. Your Right to Return (EU + Extended to All European Customers)
If you live in the European Union or anywhere in Europe, you have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, no explanation needed.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories in mint condition

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
2. Returns from Outside Europe
For customers outside Europe, returns are handled case by case, depending on location, product condition, and local laws. Please email us to request a return and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. How to Start a Return

We will reply with full return instructions. Please do not send back any items without our confirmation, as this may delay or void your return eligibility.
4. Important: Condition of Returned Items
We take pride in delivering a premium experience, and we kindly expect the same respect in return.
🔒 To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in original, unused condition, complete, with all accessories, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
This means:

No signs of wear, use, or handling

All included parts must be present (chargers, manuals, accessories)

Packaging must be intact, not torn, taped over, stained, or damaged
⚠️ If these conditions are not met, including damage to the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You’ll receive an email confirming whether your return is approved or declined

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt
We aim to be fair, while protecting our ability to offer new, sealed products to all customers.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping where applicable.
7. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:

Free gifts, promotional items, or gift cards

Shipping costs for non-EU orders (unless the item is faulty)
8. Warranty-Based Refunds
If your product fails during normal use within our 2-year warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced, we may issue a refund. Each warranty case is reviewed individually. Please contact us to begin the process.
