All sales and services are governed by EU law, including Cypriot national legislation where applicable.

Our products, including the avora recovery pro - Air Compression Recovery Boots and avora relax plus - Neck & Shoulder Massager, are designed to support wellness and physical recovery. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Always consult your physician if you have a pre-existing condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether these products are appropriate for you.

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

• For non-EU customers, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply - these are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate, complete billing and shipping information

Order confirmation is sent via email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Payment methods include major credit/debit cards and online gateways via secure checkout.

We currently ship:

• Free of charge to Romania and Cyprus

• At cost across the rest of the EU

• Worldwide shipping available upon request

Delivery timeframes depend on destination and courier service. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

If you are located in the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order - no explanation required.

To exercise this right:

1. Notify us at support@avorarecovery.com

2. Return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging

3. Include all original accessories (e.g., wires, manuals)

Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective.

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

• Be unused and undamaged

• Include all original accessories

• Be returned in the original packaging, in resalable condition

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns of items that are used, incomplete, or returned with damaged packaging

• Offer a partial refund if any component is missing or compromised

This ensures we can maintain the highest standards for all customers.

For customers outside the EU, we assess returns case-by-case. Contact us at support@avorarecovery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process based on your local laws and shipping circumstances.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

If the item is used, incomplete, or shows signs of wear, we may:

• ​Deny the refund

• Deduct a restocking or replacement fee

We will always notify you of the outcome.

All avora products come with a 2-year standard warranty, compliant with EU law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

It does not cover:

• Wear and tear

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs

• Loss of accessories or packaging

To file a warranty claim, email support@avorarecovery.com with your order number and product serial (if applicable).

Our products are wellness tools, not medical equipment. Use is at your own discretion and risk. Always follow usage instructions, and consult a healthcare professional if you’re unsure whether these devices are suitable for you.

• ​Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of data, time, or profits

• Injuries or adverse outcomes due to misuse or misapplication

This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
