At avorarecovery.com, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, pack, and deliver your purchases, with care and clarity.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • European Union (EU & EEA countries): Free Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)

  • International: Available on request, contact us for a custom shipping quote

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us at support@avorarecovery.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

2. Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary by destination:

    • EU/EEA: 2-7 business days

    • International: 5-14 business days, depending on customs and courier availability

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs

  • European Union & EEA: ✅ Free shipping

  • International: Quoted individually based on destination and weight

Note: In rare cases, deliveries to regions under a state of emergency, state of war, or other extraordinary logistical circumstances may incur additional charges from our logistics partners. If your address is affected, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any applicable surcharges.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include track & trace. Once your package is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and courier details.

5. Packaging & Handling

All avora products are packaged with care in premium, protective boxes to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For customers outside the European Union, your order may be subject to:

  • Import taxes or customs duties

  • Clearance delays depending on your country


These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. They are your responsibility as the buyer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Delivery Issues

Please contact us at support@avorarecovery.com if:

  • Your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the item

  • Your package arrives damaged

  • You need to correct your shipping address (before dispatch)


We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with our delivery partners.

8. Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to receive or collect the item within the courier's time-frame


-we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

9. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If a product is on pre-order or temporarily unavailable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. You’ll receive a follow-up email with the expected dispatch date.
